Bijou By Lisan aims to process your orders within 24 hours of business days (Mondays-Fridays). All local orders will be shipped via DHL Express and tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped.

Take off your bijoux when sleeping, showering, swimming & exercising. Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes & other substances that may harm or discolour the plating. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this can affect the finishing.
