Shipping & Returns

Bijou By Lisan aims to process your orders within 24 hours of business days (Mondays-Fridays). All local orders will be shipped via J&T Express and tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped.

Take off your bijoux when sleeping, showering, swimming & exercising. Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes & other substances that may harm or discolour the plating. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this can affect the finishing.
