If you're looking for a gift for your loved ones, we've got you covered! Pair your desired jewelry with this beautiful heart-shaped jewelry box and make it a perfect gift. The heart-shaped jewelry box comes in different types:

• Double Ring Box: Fits two rings or two pairs of earrings.
• Single Ring Box: Fits one ring or one pair of earrings.
• Necklace Box: Fits necklace or bracelet.

If you purchase two rings and want them packed in two different ring boxes, please add two "Single Ring Box" options to your cart. If you purchase multiple pieces of jewelry and only want one heart-shaped jewelry box, we will pack one of the pieces in the heart-shaped jewelry box. Alternatively, you can specify your preferences in the remark section.

P/S: These boxes can only fit small-sized jewelry. If you purchase bulky rings, earrings, or bracelets, we recommend going for our normal jewelry pull-out box, which is included with every order unless you purchase the heart-shaped jewelry box.

Shipping & Returns

Bijou Hearts aims to process your orders within 24 hours of business days (Mondays-Fridays). All local orders will be shipped via J&T Express and tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped.

*Delivery timeframe is just an estimation and may take longer especially during peak season / outskirt area.

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Jewelry Care

Our bijoux are gold & silver plated and requires special care as it may experience discoloring over time due to factors such as exposure to moisture, chemical and air but you can take some precautionary measures to ensure your pieces last longer.

Take off your bijoux when sleeping, showering, swimming & exercising. Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes & other substances that may harm or discolour the plating. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this can affect the finishing.
